Direct supervision of a department involving responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and personnel. Directly supervises 2-12 employees in the Warehouse. Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring of employees; planning, assigning, scheduling, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. .

High School diploma or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience
Over 3 years up to and including 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Aviation/Cargo industry experience a plus.
